Aquascene Magnetic Island Pty Ltd trading as Aquascene Magnetic Island reserves the right to make subtle changes to tours, itineraries or private charters
Dietary requirements must be requested at the time of booking, Aquascene Magnetic Island will provide where possible dietary requirement alternative options, but guests are advised to BYO alternatives at the time of booking. Aquascene Magnetic Island Pty Ltd trading as Aquascene Magnetic Island reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If changes or a cancellation is necessary, we will give you reasonable notice based on the circumstances and will offer you a comparable alternative. If an alternative is not available or acceptable you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit. Aquascene Magnetic Island Pty Ltd trading as Aquascene Magnetic Island is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellation or rescheduling of a tour. Minimum numbers apply for all our tours as follows: Sunset & Shipwreck tour – there is a minimum of 6 guests All other tours - there is a minimum of 8 adults
By payment of the deposit (in the case of private charters) or full payment in the case of ctours, you are agreeing to the release & indemnity statement below. WEATHER POLICY & PROCESS:
The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority. As a marine-based experience, weather, wind and sea conditions can influence how our tours operate. On days when the weather may compromise our experiences we will communicate with you prior to the day of the tour. In unknown weather patterns, communications on the morning of the tour may happen.
